本頁為 Herman（以下稱「攝影師」）提供之服務與訂單規範摘要，目的是讓雙方在下單前把規則說清楚。實際執行以您下單時選擇的方案內容、與攝影師於 LINE / Email 確認之細節為準。若與書面合約內容衝突，以書面合約為準。

0｜拍攝理念與風格（讓你在拍之前就安心）

這份頁面是「規則」，但我更在意的是：你在預約前，能清楚知道拍攝方式、界線、交付與改期規則。

  • 不趕、不催、不制式擺拍：我不做套版姿勢或打卡式拍法。拍攝會以溝通、觀察與引導為核心，讓你慢慢進入狀態。
  • 你不需要會擺姿勢：我會用「一步一步」的方式引導（站姿、坐姿、手的放法、眼神與表情節奏），讓你知道什麼角度最上鏡、什麼姿態最能把你的美感與氣質拉出來。
  • 風格：情緒敘事＋城市感＋電影感：整體會走光影立體、情緒氛圍明確、城市感與畫面張力並重的方向，讓照片不只是「好看」，而是保留你的狀態與故事。
  • 尊重界線：拍攝中你隨時都可以說「停一下」或「這個不要」。私房拍攝更會以你的舒適度與安全感為第一優先。

如果你想要的不是制式網美照，而是一組更接近現在自己的照片，這樣的拍攝方式會更適合你。

1｜服務範圍與交付

  • 服務類型：個人寫真、情緒敘事人像、城市感人像、自然外拍人像；室內自然光或較私密空間拍攝需事前確認地點與界線。
  • 服務時間：依照所選擇方案為基準；若現場狀況順利且不影響後續行程，攝影師得彈性免費延長最多 15 分鐘；是否延長由攝影師現場判斷。若需額外加時，須另行確認是否可行與加時費。
  • 交付內容：精修照片（張數依方案），原則以雲端連結交付 JPG。
  • 交付時間：通常於拍攝後 14–21 個工作天內完成交付；旺季或需額外精修會提前告知。

2｜預約流程與付款

  • 檔期保留：下單後 48 小時內需支付訂金以保留檔期；逾期未付視同未完成預約。
  • 訂金金額：原則為總價 30%，以攝影師確認檔期後回覆為準。
  • 尾款：拍攝當日出發前或當日現場結清。

3｜拍攝前準備

  • 妝髮服裝：目前不內含妝髮、服裝與個人棚。若需妝髮、租衣、棚租或日租空間，費用通常由您另行負擔（除非方案另有約定）。
  • 場地 / 入場費：付費場地、門票、棚租或日租空間，原則由您負擔；攝影師如需入場票亦同。
  • 風險告知：請如實告知健康狀況或拍攝限制。

4｜拍攝當日規範

  • 遲到：您遲到將壓縮拍攝時間，仍以原定結束時間為準。
  • 加時：臨時加時需視現場狀況與後續檔期，可加時則另計費。
  • 安全與尊重：如出現騷擾、歧視、暴力、酒醉或危險行為，攝影師有權中止拍攝且不退費。

5｜選片與修圖標準

  • 精修包含：膚況、瑕疵修整、色調與對比、構圖微調等，以自然一致為原則。
  • 不包含：大幅改變五官 / 身形、合成、換背景、複雜去除物件等重修需求；可另行報價。

6｜取消、改期與天候

  • 7 天以上取消：訂金可全額保留為 90 天內改期使用，不退現。
  • 3–6 天取消：訂金不退，但可由攝影師依檔期與實際狀況酌情提供 1 次改期機會。
  • 48 小時內取消 / 未到：訂金不退；是否收取全額，視攝影師已投入之時間、場地、交通與其他實際成本而定。
  • 非天候改期：若於原拍攝日前 7 天以上提出，原則上可免費改期 1 次，並須於 90 天內完成。
  • 天候紅燈：可免費改期 1 次（90 天內）或改為付費室內方案 / 場地。

7｜肖像權與使用

  • 您可用於：個人社群、履歷、交友 / 婚戀平台等非商業用途。
  • 商業使用：需另行告知並簽授權。
  • 攝影師作品集：除非您於預約表單或書面授權中明確同意公開，攝影師不得將照片用於作品集、社群展示、參賽或投稿。

8｜責任限制

  • 檔案：若因不可抗力造成部分或全部檔案無法交付，攝影師之責任以上限為您已支付之服務費。
  • 第三方因素：因場地規定、交通管制、天候等造成之限制，不視為瑕疵或違約。

0 | Approach & Style

This page is about the rules, but more importantly, it is here so you know exactly what to expect before you book.

  • No rushed or template-style posing: I do not work with fixed poses or a checklist mindset. The session is built around communication, observation, and guidance so you can gradually settle into the frame.
  • You do not need posing experience: I guide posture, sitting and standing, hand placement, gaze, and expression step by step so you understand what works best for you on camera.
  • Style: emotional narrative + city atmosphere + cinematic mood: the overall direction is dimensional light, clear emotion, city texture, and clean but powerful frames—so the photos preserve your state and story, not just a beautiful surface.
  • Boundaries matter: you can say “stop” or “not this one” at any time during the session. For boudoir sessions, your comfort and sense of safety always come first.

If you want more than standardized beauty shots, and want portraits that feel closer to who you are now, this way of working will suit you better.

1 | Scope & Delivery

  • Types: personal portrait, emotional narrative portrait, cinematic city portrait, and natural outdoor portrait. Indoor natural-light or more private spaces must be discussed and confirmed in advance.
  • Session time: based on the selected package. If the on-site flow is smooth and no later schedule is affected, the photographer may extend the session free of charge by up to 15 minutes; whether to extend is decided on site by the photographer. Any additional overtime must be separately confirmed and charged.
  • Delivery: edited photos, with quantity depending on the package, usually delivered as JPG files via a cloud link.
  • Delivery time: usually 14–21 working days after the shoot. During busy seasons or when extra retouching is needed, this may be adjusted in advance.

2 | Booking & Payment

  • Date reservation: a deposit must be paid within 48 hours after booking to hold the date. If not paid in time, the booking is considered incomplete.
  • Deposit: the standard deposit is 30% of the total price, subject to the photographer’s confirmation after checking availability.
  • Remaining balance: paid before departure or on the shooting day.

3 | Before the Shoot

  • Hair / makeup / outfits: hair, makeup, wardrobe, and private studio are not included by default. If needed, these are arranged and paid separately by the client unless otherwise agreed.
  • Location / entrance fees: paid locations, tickets, studio rental, or day-rental spaces are normally paid by the client. If the photographer also needs admission, that cost is also paid by the client.
  • Important notice: please disclose health conditions or any limitations relevant to the shoot honestly in advance.

4 | On the Day

  • Late arrival: your delay will reduce the available shooting time; the originally scheduled end time still applies.
  • Overtime: extra time on the day depends on on-site conditions and later bookings; if possible, it will be charged separately.
  • Safety & respect: harassment, discrimination, violence, intoxication, or dangerous behavior may lead to termination of the session without refund.

5 | Selection & Retouching

  • Included: skin cleanup, blemish correction, tone and contrast consistency, and small composition adjustments, all with a natural and consistent look as the principle.
  • Not included: heavy face / body reshaping, compositing, background replacement, or complex object removal; these can be quoted separately.

6 | Cancellation, Rescheduling & Weather

  • Cancel 7+ days before: the deposit may be fully retained as a credit for one rescheduled session within 90 days; it is not refunded in cash.
  • Cancel 3–6 days before: the deposit is non-refundable, but the photographer may offer one reschedule at discretion.
  • Cancel within 48 hours / no-show: the deposit is non-refundable; whether the full fee is charged depends on actual costs and time already committed.
  • Non-weather reschedule: if requested 7+ days before the original date, one free reschedule is normally allowed and must be completed within 90 days.
  • Bad weather (red-alert level): one free reschedule within 90 days or switch to a paid indoor option.

7 | Image Rights & Usage

  • Your use: personal social media, CV / resume, dating / profile platforms, and other non-commercial use.
  • Commercial use: requires separate notice and a separate licensing agreement.
  • Photographer portfolio use: unless you explicitly agree to publication in the booking form or in written authorization, the photographer may not use the photos for portfolio, social media, competitions, or submissions.

8 | Limitation of Liability

  • Files: if part or all files cannot be delivered due to force majeure, the maximum liability is limited to the service fee already paid by you.
  • Third-party factors: restrictions caused by venue rules, traffic control, weather, or similar factors are not considered a defect or breach.

0 | Konsep & Gaya Pemotretan

Halaman ini berisi aturan layanan, tetapi yang lebih penting: kamu punya ekspektasi yang jelas sebelum melakukan booking.

  • Tidak terburu-buru / tidak seperti template: saya tidak bekerja dengan pose kaku atau daftar pose yang sama untuk semua orang. Sesi dibangun lewat komunikasi, observasi, dan arahan agar kamu perlahan masuk ke suasana foto.
  • Kamu tidak perlu bisa pose: saya akan membimbing pose berdiri, duduk, posisi tangan, arah pandang, dan ekspresi langkah demi langkah agar kamu tahu sudut dan gestur yang paling cocok untukmu di depan kamera.
  • Gaya: narasi emosional + suasana kota + sinematik: arah visualnya adalah cahaya berdimensi, emosi yang jelas, tekstur kota, dan frame yang bersih namun kuat—bukan hanya “cantik”, tetapi menyimpan keadaan dan ceritamu.
  • Batasan dihormati: kamu boleh bilang “stop” atau “yang ini jangan” kapan saja selama sesi. Untuk boudoir, rasa aman dan nyamanmu selalu menjadi prioritas utama.

Jika kamu ingin lebih dari foto cantik yang standar, dan ingin portrait yang lebih dekat dengan dirimu saat ini, cara kerja ini akan lebih cocok untukmu.

1 | Cakupan & Pengiriman

  • Jenis layanan: personal portrait, emotional narrative portrait, cinematic city portrait, dan natural outdoor portrait. Lokasi indoor natural-light atau tempat yang lebih privat harus dibahas dan dikonfirmasi sebelumnya.
  • Durasi sesi: mengikuti paket yang dipilih. Jika situasi di lokasi berjalan lancar dan tidak mengganggu jadwal berikutnya, fotografer dapat memperpanjang sesi gratis hingga maksimal 15 menit; keputusan perpanjangan ditentukan di lokasi oleh fotografer. Tambahan waktu di luar itu harus dikonfirmasi dan dikenakan biaya tambahan.
  • Hasil: foto edit, dengan jumlah sesuai paket, biasanya dikirim sebagai file JPG melalui link cloud.
  • Waktu pengiriman: biasanya 14–21 hari kerja setelah sesi. Pada musim ramai atau jika perlu retouch tambahan, hal ini akan diberi tahu lebih awal.

2 | Booking & Pembayaran

  • Pemesanan tanggal: deposit wajib dibayar dalam 48 jam setelah booking untuk mengunci slot. Jika tidak dibayar tepat waktu, booking dianggap belum selesai.
  • Deposit: standar deposit adalah 30% dari total harga, mengikuti konfirmasi akhir fotografer setelah cek jadwal.
  • Sisa pembayaran: dibayar sebelum berangkat atau pada hari pemotretan.

3 | Sebelum Pemotretan

  • Hair / makeup / outfit: hair, makeup, wardrobe, dan studio pribadi tidak termasuk secara default. Bila diperlukan, biasanya disiapkan dan dibayar terpisah oleh klien kecuali ada kesepakatan lain.
  • Biaya lokasi / tiket masuk: lokasi berbayar, tiket, sewa studio, atau ruang sewa harian umumnya ditanggung klien. Jika fotografer juga perlu tiket masuk, biaya itu juga ditanggung klien.
  • Pemberitahuan penting: mohon informasikan kondisi kesehatan atau batasan yang relevan untuk sesi ini dengan jujur sebelumnya.

4 | Pada Hari Pemotretan

  • Terlambat: keterlambatanmu akan mengurangi waktu pemotretan; jam selesai tetap mengikuti jadwal awal.
  • Tambah waktu: tambahan waktu pada hari H tergantung kondisi di lokasi dan jadwal berikutnya; jika memungkinkan akan dikenakan biaya tambahan.
  • Keamanan & rasa hormat: pelecehan, diskriminasi, kekerasan, mabuk, atau perilaku berbahaya dapat menyebabkan sesi dihentikan tanpa refund.

5 | Pemilihan & Retouch

  • Termasuk: perapihan kulit, koreksi noda, konsistensi tone dan kontras, serta penyesuaian komposisi ringan, dengan prinsip hasil tetap natural dan konsisten.
  • Tidak termasuk: perubahan besar bentuk wajah / tubuh, compositing, ganti background, atau hapus objek kompleks; semuanya bisa dikenakan biaya terpisah.

6 | Pembatalan, Reschedule & Cuaca

  • Batal 7+ hari sebelumnya: deposit dapat sepenuhnya disimpan sebagai kredit untuk 1 kali reschedule dalam 90 hari; tidak dikembalikan dalam bentuk uang tunai.
  • Batal 3–6 hari sebelumnya: deposit hangus, tetapi fotografer dapat secara diskresi memberikan 1 kali kesempatan reschedule.
  • Batal dalam 48 jam / tidak hadir: deposit hangus; apakah biaya penuh dikenakan ditentukan berdasarkan biaya aktual dan waktu yang sudah dikomitmenkan.
  • Reschedule non-cuaca: bila diminta 7+ hari sebelum tanggal awal, umumnya diperbolehkan 1 kali reschedule gratis dan harus digunakan dalam 90 hari.
  • Cuaca buruk tingkat merah: 1 kali reschedule gratis dalam 90 hari atau pindah ke opsi indoor berbayar.

7 | Hak Gambar & Penggunaan

  • Penggunaan oleh klien: untuk sosial media pribadi, CV / resume, dating / profile platform, dan penggunaan non-komersial lainnya.
  • Penggunaan komersial: perlu diberi tahu sebelumnya dan harus disertai perjanjian lisensi terpisah.
  • Penggunaan untuk portfolio fotografer: kecuali kamu secara jelas menyetujui publikasi melalui formulir booking atau izin tertulis, fotografer tidak boleh menggunakan foto untuk portfolio, media sosial, kompetisi, atau submission.

8 | Batas Tanggung Jawab

  • File: jika sebagian atau seluruh file tidak dapat dikirim karena force majeure, tanggung jawab maksimum dibatasi sampai jumlah biaya layanan yang telah kamu bayar.
  • Faktor pihak ketiga: pembatasan akibat aturan lokasi, kontrol lalu lintas, cuaca, atau faktor serupa tidak dianggap cacat atau pelanggaran.
